Day 01 : Arrival

<p>Arrive at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station, Our driver will assist you and provide a warm welcome.</p><p>Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel for a complimentary stay.</p><p>Indulge in a delicious dinner included.</p><p>Take the opportunity to acclimatize before your Yatra.</p><p>Please be present at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing session (exact breifing time will be shared on the arrival day). During this session, your tour coordinator will provide important details about the upcoming tours and distribute duffel bags for carrying your luggage.</p><p>Rest well to gear up for an exciting start to your Chardham Yatra !</p><div><br></div>

Day 02 : Dehradun to Yamunotri (30 - 40 Mins)

<p><b>Departure:</b> Our driver will escort you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. From there, you will board the helicopter to begin your journey to Yamunotri.</p><p><b>Arrival at Kharsali (Yamunotri):</b> Upon arrival, our handlers will assist with unloading your baggage and escort you to the hotel for check-in.</p><p><b>Breakfast:</b> Breakfast will be served either at Dehradun or Yamunotri subjected to the flight time.</p><p><b>Yamunotri Darshan:</b> After breakfast, you will embark on a 6 km trek to the Yamunotri temple. You have the option to take a Palki or Pony ride for a comfortable journey to the temple.</p><p><b>Temple Visit:</b> Experience the divine darshan at the Yamunotri Temple, a sacred site dedicated to Goddess Yamuna.</p><p><b>Lunch &amp; Relaxation:</b> After darshan, enjoy a delicious lunch and relax at the hotel with dinner.</p><p><b>Evening Visit:</b> In the evening, visit the Shani Mandir and the Yamuna Mata Temple to further immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere of the region.</p>

Day 03 : Yamunotri to Gangotri (30-40Mins)

<p><b>Departure:</b> After breakfast, you’ll take a helicopter ride to Harsil, one of Uttarakhand's most beautiful valleys, often referred to as "Mini Switzerland." Upon arrival, our handlers will assist you and transfer you to your hotel.</p><p><b>Gangotri Darshan:</b> The temple is located about 20 km from the hotel, and a comfortable cab ride will take you there.</p><p><b>Temple Visit:</b> Upon arrival at the temple, immerse yourself in the sacred atmosphere of Gangotri Dham. Situated in a picturesque valley, the temple is dedicated to Goddess Ganga, and the area offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and river.</p><p><b>Accommodation &amp; Facilities:</b> After your darshan, return to the hotel to relax. You will enjoy premium accommodation with ensuite washrooms, delicious vegetarian meals, and plenty of opportunities for short walks and local sightseeing around this unexplored, serene valley.</p><p><b>Evening Relaxation:</b> End your day with a freshly prepared dinner at the hotel.</p>

Day 04 : Gangotri to Kedarnath (30-40Mins)

<p><b>Helicopter Transfer:</b> Board your chopper from Gangotri, and fly to Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata base helipad. From there, you’ll board another helicopter for a short 6-10 minute flight to Kedarnath. Please expect a waiting time of 10 minutes to 3 hours during the helicopter change due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons.</p><p><b>Arrival in Kedarnath:</b> Reach the Kedarnath region, known for its spiritual significance, serene natural beauty, and snow- capped peaks. Kedarnath is one of the most revered heritage sites in the Chardham Yatra.</p><p><b>VIP Darshan at Kedarnath:</b> Upon arrival at the Kedar-top Helipad, our handlers will escort you for a VIP Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, where you will experience the divine rituals and serenity of this sacred site.</p><p><b>Return Transfer:</b> You will be taken back from the Kedar Top Helipad to Kedar Basecamp Helipad. The day ends with a delicious dinner and a restful night to prepare for the next stage of your journey.</p><p><b>Stay at Kedar Basecamp:</b> After darshan, you will be transferred to the Kedar Basecamp for a comfortable stay.</p><p><br></p>

Day 05 : Kedarnath to Badrinath (30-40Mins)

<p><b>Travel to Badrinath:</b> On the fifth day of your Chardham journey, depart from Kedarnath basecamp and head towards Badrinath. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of deep valleys and majestic Himalayan peaks.</p><p><b>Arrival at Badrinath:</b> Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad, our handlers will assist with your transfer to the hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch.</p><p><b>VIP Darshan at Badrinath:</b> After settling in, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple for a VIP Darshan of Lord Narayan, experiencing the divine rituals at this holiest of shrines.</p><p><b>Explore Mana Village:</b> Post darshan, take the opportunity to explore Mana Village, the first village on the Indian side of the Indo-Tibetan border. Day 06 : Departure ! Badrinath to Dehradun (50-60 Mins)

<p><b>Breakfast:</b> After breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan for blessings. If we take off early, you might miss breakfast.</p><p><b>Return Flight to Dehradun:</b> Fly back to Dehradun with positive vibes and cherished memories of your Chardham Yatra by helicopter.</p><p><b>Arrival in Dehradun:</b> Upon arrival at Dehradun, we will collect your luggage from the hotel and provide a comfortable transfer to the airport, railway station, or bus stand, as per your departure timings.</p><p><b>Tour Conclusion:</b> The tour concludes once we drop you at your departure point within Dehradun, marking the end of your memorable Chardham Yatra.</p>

Terms & Conditions

Flexible Flying Time:

  • Flying time is subject to permissions and weather conditions.
  • Changes may occur due to weather or technical reasons.

Body Weight Limitation:
  • Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limitation of 445 kg for all 6 passengers.
  • Heli Yatra reserves the right to de-board passengers if the actual body weight deviates from what was provided at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is de- boarded due to incorrect body weight.
  • Passengers are requested to provide exact body weight measured on an electronic scale.
  • Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,500 per kg excess. This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight.
  • If the given body weight is incorrect, passengers will be charged INR 3,000 per kg on the final check by the pilot, or they will be de-boarded without any refund.

Luggage Weight:
      • 1 small soft bag (max. 5 kg) per passenger, this duffel bag will be provided by us on the day of arrival.
      • Hard-case luggage or large bags are not allowed.


        Flying Schedule:
        •  Dham sequence may vary due to weather, technical issues, or government permissions.
        •  The departure time and sequence are subject to change.


        Hotel Accommodation:

        •   Heli Yatra holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination based on hotel availability.
        •   Groups of 6 passengers or more may have to stay in different hotels as they will be traveling in different helicopters due to body weight limitations.
        •   Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only.
        •   For single occupancy rooms, an additional charge of INR 45,000 per person (tax inclusive) will apply.


            Bad Weather Conditions:
            • Flying in the hills is subject to bad weather conditions, Force Majeure factors, such as:

                          - Delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permission

                          - VVIP Movements

                          - Valley Flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM)

                          - Technical Snags in Aircraft

                          - Illness of Flying Crew

                          - Late Reporting of Passengers at helipads     

              • Passengers should be prepared to face eventualities and inconveniences in such scenarios.
              • It is strongly advised to keep one additional day beyond the 5N6D itinerary to avoid inconvenience in case of delays due to bad weather or Force Majeure events.
              • Itinerary amendments may occur due to backlogs, bad weather, or natural circumstances, where we may cover: Dodham, Ekdham, or Teendham in 1 or 2 days.
              • In most cases, if there is a backlog due to bad weather, the trip may be cancelled.


                  No Flying:     

                  • If there is no flying due to bad weather or force majeure, we will provide a proportinal refund (excluding taxes, royalty fees and 10% flight preparation charges).


                  Medical/Special Conditions:

                  • Inform us in advance if any medical or special conditions exist. We reserve the right to de-board passengers who do not disclose this information.


                        Airport Transfers:

                        • Transfers are only provided on arrival and departure days.
                        • Additional charges apply for transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh (INR 8,000 per cab).

                        Passenger Grouping:
                        •  A single vehicle will be provided for a group of 6 passengers throughout the tour.
                        •  Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for safe weight distribution.

                        Infants:
                        • Infants under 2 years travel free with valid ID/Birth Certificate.
                         
                        Rescheduling of Booking:
                        • 20% charge applies for rescheduling 30 days before the tour.
                        • Less than 30 days notice will result in a fresh booking with applicable cancellation charges.

                        Payment Terms:
                        • 50% deposit at the time of booking; balance due 30 days before departure.
                        • Full payment required before departure to board the helicopter.

                        Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds:
                        • Tour Cost: If 3 Dham are completed and 1 Dham is left out, INR 15,000 approx. per person will be refunded.
                        • This cost is exclusive of other expenses like extra night halt, extra transfers, or any extra services utilized beyond the package inclusions.
                        • Additional Services: The cost of additional services provided at any Dham will be deducted from the refundable Tour Cost.
                        • Refund for Unutilized Services: No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.

                        Cancellation Policy:
                        • Up to 30 days before flying date: 40% cancellation charge.
                        • 0 to 30 days before flying date: No refund.

                        Extra Night Halt:  
                        • Any extra night halts due to weather or other reasons are at the passenger’s expense.

                        Overweight penalty:
                        • A penalty of INR 1,20,000 + GST per departure shall be imposed in case weight of the passengers crosses the 450 kg mark, and flying will only take place subject to Pilot & AME's call.

                        Char Dham Yatra refers to the pilgrimage to the four sacred shrines in the Indian Himalayas: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. These shrines hold great significance in Hinduism.
                        Chardham places incorporate Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. They are situated in Garhwal district of Uttarakhand.

                        The best time for Char Dham Yatra is typically between May and June, avoiding the monsoon season. October is also a good time to visit Char Dham Temples. The exact timing may vary each year, so it’s essential to check the current weather conditions and pilgrimage status.
                        VIP Darshan ticket counter facility is available only in Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham. The charges may be around 2500-3000 per person for a single Dham. In Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham there are no special counters for VIP tickets however special Pooja can be conducted through the temple's priests.
                        Every Year Chardham Yatra begins from the month of April or May onwards and continues until October/November as the doors of all four temples (Badrinath, Kedarnath, Yamunotri & Gangotri) remain open till the day of “Diwali Festival” which is celebrated every year during the month the month of October/November. “Diwali festival-Also called Deepawali” is considered as one of the main festival of Hindus and dates of this festival to be decided by the holy saints/Gurus/Priests according to Hindu calendar). After Diwali doors of all temples remain close for the next five or six months due to heavy snow fall and very cold weather as all these temples are located in the remote places of Himalayan Mountain where life is not easy to survive due to uncertain weather conditions.
                        Chardham Yatra is considered is as one of the toughest Yatra in Himalayan region, so don’t take it lightly as one should be physically and mentally fit to travel this circuit. Weather of Char Dham Circuit is very uncertain as temperature changes almost three times in a day since day time is hot and evening is pleasant but nights are sometime very cold. It is advisable to take heavy woolen cloths such as warm Jacket, Coat, Sweater, Gloves & woolen socks and good walking shoes with grip, slippers & sandals, first aid kit. Also carry Insect repellent or lotions to avoid any mosquito infection. One can carry rain coat as well as some time it rains in this circuit as weather can be changed at any time here. Don’t forget to bring personal medicines during your trip to Char Dham Circuit if you are patient of any such dieses like any kind of allergies, diabetes or asthma or any such conditions that may require emergency treatment and are specially advised to carry prescriptions of the medicines and also preferably carry a letter from your physician during your trip.
                        In order to register for the Char Dham Yatra, pilgrims must first obtain a registration form from the official website or from any registered travel agency. The completed form must then be submitted to the office of the Chardham Yatra in Uttarakhand along with two recent passport-sized photographs, a photocopy of your ID proof, and the registration fee.
                        According to Hindu mythology and beliefs, it is said that every person should complete the Chardham Yatra at least once during their lifetime. Completing the Chardham Yatra is of prime significance to the Hindus as it is the eternal way of getting free from the tangle of life after death. It is also believed that once you complete the Chardham Yatra you will be freed from all your sins and thus attain the path of Nirvana.
                        Yes, it is possible to undertake the Do (two) Dham Yatra from Dehradun by helicopter. The journey will take approximately 10 to 12 hrs.
